The world's largest innovation trade fair for the food industry opens its doors from 21st to 25th October 2018 – SIAL 2018 in Paris. Around 7,000 exhibitors from more than 100 countries will present the newest trends and innovations for food as well as new developments from the sectors of ingredients and manufacturing equipment to trade visitors.
