BPI Sports will introduce a new concentrated neurocognitive creatine supplement in the US and Europe next month.

Build-HD is designed to fuel muscle growth, increase strength and accelerate recovery. BPI Sports said that the product contains high levels of creatine monohydrate per serving for power and no loading, sugars or maltodextrins.

The product is said to be the only neurocognitive enhanced creatine available and a concentrated formula utilising an NMDA-receptor activator, aspartic acid, L-carnitine and ubiquinon. The makers claim that this promotes cellular activity, metabolism and transport and that the inclusion of glycerylphosphorylcholine and phosphatidylcholine rapidly delivery Choline to the brain.
