Blueberry is currently in high demand with product developers due to its sweet flavour, high antioxidant value and nutrient-rich profile, the company notes. NP Nutra’s organic blueberry juice powder is produced using what it says is a unique light wave drying technique to preserve the most colour, flavour and quality of the fruits. Known for its preserving qualities, lemon juice powder (organic) is widely used in the marketplace.
